In view of the fact that the Petitioners are receiving the entire sum of Rs.30 lakhs from Respondent Nos.4 to 7 as per order dated 14 February, 2022, recovery warrant dated 5 April, 2021 issued by the Adjudicating Officer, Maha RERA stands cancelled 4.

Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms.
