1] This Appeal is preferred against the order dated 12th February, 2014, passed by the City Civil Court, Mumbai, thereby dismissing Notice of Motion No.2667 of 2013 in S.C. Suit No.3270 of 2013 with costs of Rs.5,000/- to be paid to LSA. 2] It is pointed out that after dismissal of the said Notice, the suit structure is already demolished.

3] In view thereof, the Appeal has become infructuous and therefore, the Appeal along with Civil Application therein, stand disposed of.
