By the Interim Application No.3591 of 2021, the petitioners are seeking amendment to the writ petition by inserting some additional grounds in support of the relief sought in the petition.

On perusal of the application and on appreciating the contents thereof, it could be seen that the grounds which are sought to be incorporated in the petition, are in support of the petition and do not bring any substantial change in the relief that is sought. Necessarily, it deserves to be allowed. Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). M.M.Salgaonkar
