In view of the statement made by the learned senior counsel for the Mumbai Municipal Corporation, in the pending Civil Application No. 221 of 2013 filed by the said Corporation, this Court will be confining itself only to the sites at Mulund and Deonar. In the present application which is filed in the disposed of PIL, the grievances are confined to the dumping site at 1/3

Kanjurmarg. We are, therefore, not inclined to entertain this application. However, it will be open to the applicant to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. Subject to what is observed above, the Application is disposed of. (V.L.ACHLIYA, J.) (A.S.OKA. J.) 2/3
