On 19/09/2022 the applicant was protected by an interim order and he was directed to report to the Police Station. 2.

The learned APP on instructions of the Investigating Officer state that he had abided by the said order and he had rendered his cooperation to the Investigating Officer. A specific statement is made that custodial interrogation of the applicant is not warranted.

In the wake of the above statement, the order dated 19/09/2022 is made absolute.
