Mr.Solkar representing petitioner has tendered photocopy of the order dated 8-6-2022 passed by learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 16th Court, Ballard Pier, Mumbai in CC No.159/SW/2018, which indicate that complainant had suo moto and voluntarily withdrawn the complaint by filing withdrawal application. Since the proceedings are withdrawn, nothing survives in this petition. The petition stands disposed of. The photocopy of order dated 8-6-2022 is taken on record.
