1] The learned APP on instructions submitted that in pursuance of orders passed by this Court dated 22.9.2015 and 15.1.2016, the applicant attended the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the process of investigation. She submitted that the investigation pertaining to CR No.I-133 of 2015 registered with Wada Police Station, Thane is completed and the Investigating Officer has submitted chargesheet with the Superior Authority for approval. She on instructions submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary.

2] In view of the same, the interim relief granted by order dated 22.9.2015 is hereby confirmed.
