In crime No.15/20171 for offence punishable under sections 420, 406, 465, 468, 170, 171, 507 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered with Kondhwa police station, District Pune, the applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail. 3.
Submissions of learned counsel for the applicant is, the applicant was granted ad-interim protection on September 7, 2017 Corrected pursuant to the speaking to the minutes of the order dated 28/2/2019

Learned counsel would then submit that against the coaccused, charge-sheet is already filed and the charge is framed. It is further submitted that false implication of the applicant is apparent from the fact that in other similar offence on similar allegations, the applicant is already released and as such, the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not warranted. 5.
Learned APP submits that there is sufficient material to infer the involvement of the applicant in the crime in question. 4.
From the investigation carried out till date, it is apparent that the applicant is the beneficiary of the amount involved in the crime in question as the same was received in the account of the applicant. No convincing explanation is coming forth for the receipt of the same in the said account. 5.
As such, there is sufficient material on record to prima facie infer the involvement of the applicant in the crime in question. The application fails and as such rejected. (NITIN W. SAMBRE, J.)
