This is an application for bail u/s.439 of Cr.P.C in connection with C.R.No.1045 of 2021 registered with Saikheda Police Station, Nasik for the offences punishable u/s.179, 188, 272, 273, 324 r/d.34 of Indian Penal Code r/w. Section 26(2)(i)(1), 26(2)(iv), 27(3)e and 59 of Food and Safety Act. It is alleged against the applicant that on 09.10.20214 the applicant was found in possession of the Gutkha & Panmasala worth Rs.3,62,000/- from his four wheeler vehicle. The said four wheeler was registered in the name of his father. Therefore, the applicant as well as his father came to be arrested. The father of the applicant who is the owner of the vehicle is already released on bail. The Aarti Palkar

2/2 17.BA.3701.2021.doc investigation is almost completed. Therefore, in my opinion, the applicant is entitled for bail. Hence, I pass the following order.

ORDER

1. The application is allowed.

2. The applicant is directed to be released on bail in connection with C.R.No.1045/2021 registered with Saikheda Police Station, Thane on furnishing PR & SB bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

The applicant is directed to attend the concerned police station every day between 9.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. till 10.12.2021. 4..

The applicant is directed not to tamper with the prosecution witnesses. 5.
