Rane * 2/2 * WP-3262-2016 (SR.32) Thursday, 24.8.2017 steps to attach the immovable properties procured/purchased by the accused persons/respondents no.5 to 26 out of illegal means by misappropriating the public funds of the HAL Society in Crime No. 258 of 2012 registered with the Mahim Police Station under the provisions of Sections 3 to 9 and 13 of the Criminal Law Amendment Ordinance, 1944. If such representation is made by the petitioners within one week from date, the Investigating Officer may consider the same appropriately within two weeks thereafter having regard to the nature of the allegations made in the FIR.
