On 06/06/2017, this Court passed the following order :- "On 27th February, 2017, this Court passed the following order :- "Perused the order dated 25th January, 2017. Time was granted to the petitioners to take appropriate steps in the light of the said order as the petitioners are not entitled to appear in person. Both the petitioners are not present. Place the petition on 27th March, 2017 under the caption of "Dismissal". Registry to forward a copy of this order to the petitioners at the addresses of the petitioners mentioned in the cause title."

The Office Note dated 21st March, 2017, shows that a letter is issued to the petitioners in pursuance of the aforesaid order. The record, however, does not disclose whether an acknowledgment of the letter so issued is received or not.

The Registry to verify and place on record a report stating therein the acknowledgment is received or not. Stand over to 20th June, 2017."

The letter written by the petitioner Madhuri Khot dated 20/06/2017 does show that the petitioners are aware of this order. In the circumstances, we have not alternative but to dismiss the petition for default, in the light of the earlier orders dated 25/01/2017 and 27/02/2017.
