ORDER:- We are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition, as the Petitioner seeks modification of the consent terms filed before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, (DRT). Therefore, the Petitioner is at liberty to approach the Tribunal for appropriate reliefs. However, considering the circumstances, we are inclined to record the statement of the learned counsel appearing for Respondent-Bank that they will postpone the action of taking possession of the property in question, till 13 September 2017. 1/2
