Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicants and the learned AGP for the Respondents. 2.

In view of the averments made in the Application, sufficient cause is made out. The Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c). However, the prayer clauses (d) and (e) are rejected. As and when the Appeal is ready for final hearing, the same shall be added to the appropriate final hearing board.
