Both these appeals are already admitted. In appeal no.915 of 2015 there is an application for suspension of conviction also there is an application for grant of bail during pendency of appeal. In another appeal bearing no.908 of 2015 N.S. Kamble page 1 of 4

there is only application for bail during pendency of appeal. 2.

Vide earlier order of this Court both the applicantsappellants in both the appeals were granted temporary bail till today and the bail application of both the applicants-appellants and the application for suspension of conviction of applicantappellant in appeal no.915 of 2015 are kept today. Today learned counsel for the respondent-CBI asked for time for argument on the application for suspension of conviction preferred by the appellant in appeal no.915 of 2015. 3.

Today heard rival arguments on the application for bail/suspension of sentence during pendency of appeal. During the trial both these applicants were on bail and even after their conviction they are released on bail till filing the appeal. They are convicted for the offences under Prevention of Corruption Act. Considering this factual position both the applications for bail/suspension of sentence are allowed. The respective applicants be released on same bail as granted by the trial Court with fresh bonds to be executed before the trial Court. N.S. Kamble page 2 of 4

Sentenced imposed against both the applicants is suspended till final disposal of the appeal.

The application for suspension of conviction filed by the applicant-appellant in appeal no.915 of 2015 is stand over to 21st October 2015.
