This is an Application for relaxation of the condition No.8(iii) by which the Applicant has been directed to stay outside the jurisdiction of Kavathe Mahakal Police Station, until further orders. 3.

The learned counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant is suffering from some orthopedic problem and is required to be operated upon and the condition is acting to his detriment. Mamta Kale page 1 of 2

Learned APP has tendered the communication dated 1 March 2022 from the Orthopedic Department from the Government Hospital, Sangli which verifies the fact about the medical condition of the Applicant.
