DATE : 8th September, 2017 FINAL ORDER :- Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners makes a statement that though they have filed appeal against the impugned order dated 27th July, 2017, in this week, the learned Appellate Authority is not available. The urgency is that Respondent No.2 bank has already taken steps to take possession of the residential property/flat of the petitioners. Therefore, at this stage, we are not inclined to order respondent No.2 not to take possession of the property for two weeks. The petitioners are at liberty to move the application/appeal already filed by them before the DRT within this period. All contentions are kept open. The petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
