The Learned Counsel, Mr. Nalawade, on instructions of the Advocate on record, who in turn instructed by the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the above petition to pursue the statutory remedy under the Code of Criminal Procedure in the trial Court. The petition is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such. If any application is filed by the petitioner for discharge, the same would be tried on it's own merits and in accordance with law and expeditiously.
