This is an Application for condonation of 18 days in filing the Appeal. The Applicant was convicted and sentenced by Special Judge, Nashik in Special Case (POCSO) No.127 of 2020 vide judgment and order dated 28.06.2022. Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that, he was arrested on 13.06.2020 and even after his conviction he is continuously in jail. His family is residing Shabnoor

10-Ia-3182-22 in Apeal st-15680-22.odt at a distant place. They are in poor financial condition. Therefore, the Applicant could not approach this Court within time to file his Appeal.

Considering this submission and in the interest of justice, the delay of 18 days in filing the Appeal is condoned. The Interim Application is disposed of.
