This is an application seeking restoration of the application seeking expeditious hearing of the appeal, which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 24.4.2015.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant had filed an application seeking expeditious hearing on the ground that the applicant happens to be a senior citizen and deserves to be heard at the earliest. There is delay of 100 days in filing an application seeking restoration.
