Learned APP, on instructions, submits that the petitioner on undergoing entire sentence has been released on bail. He tendered across the bar letter received from Superintendent, Kolhapur Central Prison, Kalmba, Kolhapur addressed to the public prosecutor High Court of Bombay Appellate Side. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

On perusal of the contents of the said letter, it appears that on completion of sentence petitioner has been released on 12.12.2016. 3.
