P.C. :- The Petitions are for quashing the complaint. According to the Petitioners, the complaint filed before the Labour Court is not maintainable. The Petitioners had already made an application before the Labour Court for dismissal of the complaint

WP 9245.15.sxw on the ground of lack of jurisdiction. The Petitions at this stage cannot be entertained. It is always open to the Petitioners to challenge the order of the Labour Court, if so available in law. All contentions on merits are kept open.

The Writ Petitions are rejected.
