Learned APP makes a statement that considering the nature of accusations faced by the applicant in C.R. No. 52 of 2022 registered with Waliv Police Station, Vasai, a notice under section 41A of Cr. P.C. was issued on 18 August, 2022.

The applicant shall respond to the said notice within a period of three days from today.

Upon his presence, the Investigating officer shall interrogate him and in case if he is desirous of having him arrested, he shall record the reasons in writing. In case if he comes to the conclusion that his custodial interrogation is necessary, he shall serve 72 hours notice in advance before effecting his arrest.
