This Petition is filed for quashing the subject FIR by consent. 3.

Mr. Saste, learned APP points out that the petitioner is a member of the gang and the provisions of Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act, 1999 (MCOCA) are invoked against him. 4.

In view of these submissions, Mr. Zade, having taken instructions from his client, who is present in the Court, seeks leave to withdraw this Petition with liberty to challenge invocation of MCOCA provisions against the petitioner.
