By this civil application, the applicants seek recall of the order dated 8th August,2017 passed by this court. No affidavit in reply is filed though the respondents were served in advance. 3.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The order dated 8th August,2017 passed by this court in Writ Petition No.2378 of 2016 is recalled. Writ petition is restored to file. 4.

Civil application is made absolute in the aforesaid terms. No
