Learned APP states on instructions, that charge-sheet has

In view of the statement made by the learned APP, learned counsel for the applicant does not press this application and seeks leave to withdraw the same, with liberty to file an appropriate application in the trial Court, after filing of the charge-sheet.

If an application, after filing of the charge-sheet is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this application. It is made clear, that this application has not been heard on merits.

In view of the aforesaid, the Intervention Application being Criminal Application No.891 of 2017 does not survive and the same is also disposed of.
