The grievance of the Petitioner is that, though he filed Bail Application before the Trial Court on 30th March, 2022, the same is not yet decided on merits.

Learned A.P.P. on instructions submitted that, the next date of hearing of the said Bail Application is scheduled on 13th December 2022. 3.

In view thereof, we request the learned Special Judge, seized of M.C.O.C. Special Case No.559 of 2020 to decide the Bail Application of the Petitioner on merits within a period of three weeks from 13th December, 2022.
