Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant and the learned APP for the State.

This is an application for pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R.No.365 of 2021 registered with Wanavadi Police Station, Pune, for an offence punishale under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

By an order dated 1 st November, 2021, this Court had granted interim pre-arrest bail to the Applicant.

The learned APP on instructions of the officer who is present in Court, submits that pursuant to the order of interim pre-arrest bail, the Applicant reported to the Investigating Officer and now for the purpose of investigation, custodial interrogation of the Applicant is not required. SSP 1/2

In view of the aforesaid statement, the order dated 1 st November, 2021 granting interim pre-arrest bail to the Applicant is made absolute on the terms and conditions incorporated therein.

The Applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer as and when directed.

7.

The Applicant shall attend the proceedings before the jurisdictional Court.

The Application stands disposed.
