Heard. By order dated 16th February, 2018 this Court had directed the Trial Court to dispose of the notice of motion by 3rd May, 2018 and till then parties were directed to maintain status-quo. 3.

Mr. Dahibawkar, the learned counsel for the Appellant submits that the notice of motion could not be disposed of since the matter has been transferred from Court Room No.7, City Civil Court, Dindoshi to Court Room No.14 of the same Court.
