The challenge in this petition is to the order dated 20th April 2023. On perusal of the operative part of the order, it appears that the order granted access of the child to the petitioner from 28th April 2023 to 15th May 2023.

According to the respondent, said order is not complied with. The consequence of non-compliance shall be decided by the Family Court.

Learned advocate for the respondent states that the Dussehra vacation starts from 13th October 2023 and will last till 25th October 2023.

The respondent is, therefore, permitted to apply before the Ad-hoc District Judge-4, Pune on 9th October 2023. If such an application is filed for access of the child, the application shall be decided before the 12th October 2023.

Parties or their advocates shall appear before the Ad-hoc District Judge-4, Pune on 9th October 2023 at 10:30 a.m. 6.
The writ petition stands disposed of in above terms. 7.
