This is an appeal by the accused challenging the order rejecting application for anticipatory bail in Crime No. 14 of 2012 registered with Paud Police Station, Pune Rural, Pune for offences punishable under Sections 376, 420 of I.P.C. as well as under Section 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

When the appeal came up for the hearing, learned Counsel for the Appellant drew our attention to the Judgment and Order dated Sneha Chavan 1/2

1 APEAL 787-17=.doc 26.06.2019 passed in Criminal Writ Petition No. 5848 of 2018 filed by the Appellant and submitted that the Criminal Case bearing No. RCC/403224/2013 arising out of subject CR has already been quashed by this Court. In this view of the order, he on instructions from the Appellant who is present in the Court, seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal. The appeal is therefore, disposed of as withdrawn The Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
