DATE : 8th JANUARY, 2021 P.C:- By separate order dated 8th January, 2021 passed by us in Writ Petition No.2204 of 2018, the same is dismissed. The said writ petition was filed by the petitioner's father challenging the order of the Caste Scrutiny Committee by which the petitioner's father's claim as belonging to Hindu Mahadev Koli, Scheduled Tribe was invalidated. Thus as a result of dismissal of the said writ petition, the order of Caste Scrutiny Committee in the case of the petitioner's father is confirmed by us.

Both the learned counsel states that the Caste Scrutiny

Mr.Bandiwadekar, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the documents which the petitioner in Writ Petition No.2204 of 2018 have relied are the same documents on which the present petitioner has relied. As we have dismissed Writ Petition No.2204 of 2018 by separate order dated 8th January, 2021, for the same reasons we dismiss Writ Petition No.10762 of 2019.
