Writ Petition No. 12867 of 2016 and Writ Petition No. 12415 of 2016 are not on board. In view of the praecipe that they are identical with Writ Petition No. 11055 of 2016 taken on board by consent of the parties.

Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

Writ Petition No. 11055 of 2016 was argued yesterday and kept today for the learned Counsel for the parties to take instructions. Both, the learned Counsel for the Petitioners and the learned Counsel for the Respondent - Corporation, are ad idem that the case of the Petitioners is similarly situated as that of the other Petitioners in Writ Petition No. 11054 of 2016 and other writ petitions. The Petitioners in those petitions withdrew their claim and the Respondent - Corporation has extended them certain benefits. 4.
The learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that he has received instructions that the Petitioners will withdraw these Writ Petitions and the Respondent - Corporation should extend the same benefits as given to the other Petitioners as above. The learned

The statement of the learned Counsel for the Respondent - Corporation on instructions that the benefits which are given to the Petitioners in Writ Petition No. 11054 of 2016 and other writ petitions will be extended to the Petitioners, is accepted. 6.
Accordingly, the Writ Petitions are disposed of as withdrawn. 7.
