The Petitioners are seeking direction for expeditious disposed of anticipatory bail application preferred by the Petitioner before the Court of Sessions at Dindoshi, Mumbai.

It is submitted that application is filed on 28th April, 2022. The application was heard written arguments are on record. 3.

The Petitioners are presently in Australia, Petitioner No.2 and 3 are senior citizens. The Petitioner No.1 is the husband of complainant. It is submitted that, the application for anticipatory bail is pending since last five months. Since, the Petitioners are in abroad, it is being adjourned on the ground that there is no urgency in the matter.

Considering the fact that, the application is pending before the Sessions Court from 28 April, 22. The hearing of the said Kiran Kawre

ORDER

i. The learned Sessions Judge before whom the application for anticipatory bail preferred by the Petitioner is pending is request to decide the said application expeditiously on 23rd September, 2022 or within a period of two weeks from that day.

ii. The Petition stand disposed off Accordingly. iii. It is clarified that this Court has not made any observation on the merits.

iv. The learned Advocate for Petitioner shall convey this order to the Sessions Court.
