In pursuance of the Order dated 24.1.2018 the Joint Commissioner of Police (Law and Order), Mumbai has submitted a report dated 14.2.2018. The findings recorded by the Joint Commissioner of Police in the said report and the submissions made therein are accepted. The said report is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

As noted in order dated 24.1.2018 the applicant is entitled to be protected by pre arrest bail and accordingly the interim relief granted by Order dated 7.9.2017 is hereby confirmed. However, the applicant is directed to attend the Investigating Officer as and when called for between 7.00p.m. to 9.00 p.m. and to join the process of investigation till the

It is needless to mention that before calling the applicant to the police station the Investigating Officer to issue notice under Section 160 of the Cr.P.C.
