In the affidavit filed by Nitin Patil, Commissioner for Persons with disabilities, Maharashtra State Pune has stated that the proposal for grant of advance salary increment to the petitioner is already forwarded to the Finance Department and Department of Social Justice and Special Assistance. The petition is, therefore, disposed of with a direction to State Government - Department of Finance and Department of Social Justice and Special Assistance to decide the proposal submitted by respondent No.4 as expeditiously as possible and in any event within two weeks from today.
