On the principle that the law does not concern itself with AMOL PREMNATH JADHAV trifles, de minis non curat lex, we reject this Petition. The Charity AMOL PREMNATH JADHAV Date: 2023.02.20 17:51:50 +0530 Commissioner has done the right thing in that inspection of the donation box be afforded to all, including potential complainants. Mr Shah takes exception to thus. "Who is the complainant?" Mr Shah asks (presumably addressing the question to himself and not the Bench). Surely the answer suggests itself. When there is a complaint, the Shri Katya Maruti Lambey Hanuman Mandir Trust and its trustees will undoubtedly be the first to know. 17th February 2023
