Heard parties through their Counsel. At the outset it has been stated by the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners that the work allotted to the private Respondent has been completed by him and the payment has already been made. The Petitioners would be satisfied, if this Petition is disposed off with liberty to the Petitioners to pursue their application dated 2nd September, 2015 filed before the State Government under Section 451 of

WP.9252/2015(42) Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act.

In view of the aforesaid statement we dispose off this Petition with liberty to the Petitioners to pursue their application. Needless to say that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of this matter.
