1] On account of subsequent developments, including in particular retirement of respondent no. 3 herein, main reliefs applied for in this petition have been rendered infructuous. However, the petitioner has certain grievances with regard to her present posting as also the allowances which she claims are due and payable to her. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the representation in this regard has already been made to respondents.

2] Accordingly, this petition is disposed of as infructuous. The representation already made by the petitioner or any further representation which the petitioner may choose to make, is directed to be considered in accordance with law and on its own merits.
