In view of the supervening event of the elections of the Society in question being already over, the learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the above Petition has turned infructuous. The above Petition is accordingly disposed of as having turned infructuous. It would be open for the Petitioner to adopt such remedies as are available in law to challenge the result of the elections if so advised.
