Learned counsel for the respondent invited my attention to the order dated 18th June 2013 passed by the learned trial Judge deciding the preliminary issue in respect of jurisdiction under Section 9A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 holding that the trial Court had jurisdiction to try the instant suit.

This civil revision application is filed for impugning the said order dated 18th June 2013. In view of deletion of Section 9A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 by Maharashtra Ordinance No.XVIII of 2018 dated 27th June 2018, this civil revision application does not survive and is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs. Ad-interim order, if any, stands vacated.
