This Civil Application is taken out to recall the conditional self operative order dated 2 December 2016 passed by the Registrar (Judicial II) of dismissal of the Second Appeal on account of nonremoval of office objections and for condoning the delay of 257 days. For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c), subject to cost of Rs.3,000/- to be paid by the Applicant to the Respondents within two weeks from today. The Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. The statement of learned Counsel for the Applicant is recorded that office objections shall be removed within two weeks from today.
