P.C.:- The record indicates that, the Petitioner has already preferred an Appeal with a nomenclature of First Appeal bearing No. A/Jamin/Pune/247/2014 under Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code before the Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune impugning the Order dated 12th November, 2014 passed by the Collector, Pune. The said Order dated 12th November, 2014 passed by the Collector, Pune is also impugned herein. The said First Appeal No. 247 of 2014 is subjudiced.

It appears that, the Petitioner has already availed alternate remedy as per the advise rendered to him.

In view thereof, the present Petition impugning same Order is not maintainable and is accordingly dismissed. (A.S. GADKARI, J.) 1/1
