Heard the Advocate for the Applicants. The Writ Petition filed by the Applicants was dismissed for non­prosecution as the Advocate for the Applicants was not present. Only with a view to give one opportunity to the Applicants to prosecute the Writ Petition, we are restoring the same. Accordingly, by recalling the order dated 10th November 2014, the Writ Petition No.1204 of 2013 is restored which shall be placed on board on the date fixed as per CMIS. Criminal Application is accordingly allowed.
