This is an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent by this Court by an order dated 5.5.2015 on the ground that respondent No.1 has violated the condition no.3 of the said order.

Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that during the pendency of the present application police have submitted charge sheet and the respondent has been released on regular bail. 3.

In view of the ratio in the case of Priyanka Pakvasa vs. Sameer Pakvasa and anr. in Criminal Application No.723/2004 in ABA No.1785/2014, the present application for cancellation of anticipatory bail after filing of charge sheet does not survive. 4.

Application is accordingly disposed off.
