By this application, the Applicant/Complainant seeks condonation of delay of 171 days in filing an Appeal under Section 372 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. We have heard Ms. Munde, the learned Counsel for the Applicant, and Mr. Bardeskar, the learned Counsel representing Respondent Nos.1 to 7. Mr. Bardeskar, the learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.1 to 7, has urged before us for dismissal of the application on the ground that sufficient explanation has not been given by the Applicant for condonation of delay.

We have perused the application and we find that sufficient explanation has been given by the Applicant for condonation of delay. We, accordingly, allow this application and condone the delay, as prayed for. 3.

Application is allowed accordingly.
