The applicant is apprehending arrest in CR No.223 of 2019 registered with L.T.Marg Police Station, Mumbai for offences under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code. 2.

The applicant was granted interim protection vide order dated 20-8-2019 with direction to report Investigating Officer Learned advocate for applicant submits that applicant had complied the directions of reporting and he co-operated with investigation. Interim order dated 20-8-2019 was executed and applicant was arrested.

Learned APP, on instructions from the officer who is present in the court, submit that after the interim order being executed against MANISH SURESH THATTE MANISH SURESH THATTE Date: 2021.08.17 16:55:59 +0530 applicant, charge sheet is filed against applicant and other accused. Hence, proceedings are pending before concerned Court.

In the light of aforesaid circumstances, the question of subjecting the applicant to custodial interrogation does not arise. Hence, I pass following order :

ORDER

(i) Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed and disposed of; (ii) Interim order dated 20-8-2019 is confirmed; (iii) In the event of arrest of applicant in CR No.223 of 2019 registered with L.T.Marg Police Station, Mumbai, the applicant be released on bail on executing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.
