The learned Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 undertakes to stop operating the machines which are installed in shop No.2 from 27 th December, 2019 and after taking preventive measures i.e. to ensure that noise do not exceed the 1/2 kb-8-wp-10060-14.doc

permissible limit/decimals, they shall within 15 days from 27 th December, 2019 make a fresh representation to the Municipal Corporation seeking necessary permission to use the machines in their premises. The Corporation after inspecting the sites as well as the working of the machines decide whether Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 can be permitted to use machines in Shop No.2 and issue or reject necessary permission on or before 10th January, 2020.
