The vehicle of the petitioner is seized as the vehicle was flying within the limits of Greater Mumbai. The vehicle is more than 8 years old.

The petitioner has tendered an undertaking that he will YUGANDHARA SHARAD PATIL Date: 2022.10.04 10:49:18 +0530 not fly the subject vehicle within the limits of Mumbai city upon release of the vehicle and and he also undertakes to deposit the fine.

Similar order is also passed in Writ Petition No. 6290 of 2022 on 27th May 2022.

In light of that, we pass the following order. (I) The undertaking of the petitioner is accepted. (ii) In view of an undertaking and in view of willingness shown by the petitioner to pay an amount of Rs. 15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen thousand only) the petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

(iii) It is made clear that the vehicle shall be released only after the amount of Rs. 15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen thousand only) (iv) All the parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order.

Writ Petition is disposed of.
