This is an application for intervention by the first informant Abdul Jilani in CR No.402 of 2017 dated 21.5.2017 registered with Dindoshi Police Station, Mumbai.

For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause(a).

The Applicant in ABA No.1187 of 2017 is directed to implead the first informant as respondent No.2. The said amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and an amended copy of the application be served upon the learned counsel for the first informant within the stipulated period.
