This Civil Application is taken out to bring on record the heirs of deceased Appellant No.4C.

Mr. Kate states that the legal heirs of Appellant No.4C are already on record as Appellant No.4A. Therefore, although there is delay in filing the application, in the facts and circumstances of this case, delay deserves to be condoned.

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b), (c) and (d). Amendment be carried out within a period of three weeks from today. Civil Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
